Shipping Policy

At The Picnic Table Factory, we are committed to providing our customers with a clear and reliable shipping process.
1. Production Time

  • All furniture products are made to order.

  • Standard production time is 45 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is handled directly by The Picnic Table Factory.

  • Delivery and installation services are provided exclusively through our partner Efreshli.

  • Customers will be contacted to schedule delivery once production is complete.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are included in the order quotation unless otherwise specified.

  • Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside standard service areas.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery is arranged immediately after production is completed.

  • Final delivery dates depend on coordination between Efreshli and the customer.

5. Order Tracking

  • Customers will be notified of their order status throughout the production and delivery process.

نحن في The Picnic Table Factory نلتزم بتوضيح جميع تفاصيل الشحن والتسليم لعملائنا لضمان تجربة واضحة وموثوقة.
1. مدة التصنيع

  • جميع منتجات الأثاث يتم تصنيعها حسب الطلب.

  • مدة التصنيع القياسية هي 45 يوم عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب والدفع.

2. الشحن والتسليم

  • يتم الشحن مباشرة من خلال The Picnic Table Factory.

  • خدمات التسليم والتركيب تتم حصريًا عبر شريكنا شركة Efreshli.

  • يتم التواصل مع العميل لتحديد موعد التسليم بعد انتهاء التصنيع.

3. رسوم الشحن

  • رسوم الشحن مدرجة ضمن عرض السعر إلا إذا تم الاتفاق على غير ذلك.

  • قد يتم فرض رسوم إضافية على الطلبات خارج نطاق الخدمة المعتاد.

4. مدة التوصيل

  • يتم ترتيب التوصيل مباشرة بعد انتهاء فترة التصنيع.

  • يعتمد موعد التسليم النهائي على تنسيق شركة Efreshli مع العميل.

5. متابعة الطلب

  • يتم إخطار العميل بحالة الطلب خلال مراحل التصنيع والشحن.

Shipping & Returns

Return & Exchange Policy

​​At The Picnic Table Factory, we stand behind the quality of our furniture, crafted with care and precision. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage and terms of our product warranty:
1. Warranty Period

  • All furniture products are covered by a one-year (12 months) warranty from the date of delivery.

2. Coverage

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material flaws.

  • It does not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

3. Warranty Services

  • If a defect covered by the warranty occurs, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost.

  • Services will be coordinated with Efreshli to provide repair or replacement at the customer’s location.

4. Exclusions

  • Normal wear and tear from daily use is not covered.

  • Damages during transport or installation are not covered unless handled by us or our authorized partners.

5. Warranty Claims

  • Customers must contact us via email or phone, providing details of the issue and photos if possible.

  • Claims will be reviewed, and appropriate action will be taken in line with warranty terms.

نحن في The Picnic Table Factory نضمن جودة منتجاتنا المصنوعة بعناية وفق أعلى معايير التصنيع. توضح هذه السياسة شروط الضمان الخاصة بمنتجات الأثاث لدينا:
 مدة الضمان
جميع منتجات الأثاث تأتي مع ضمان لمدة سنتين (24 شهرًا) من تاريخ التسليم.
نطاق الضمان
يغطي الضمان عيوب التصنيع والمواد المستخدمة.
لا يشمل الضمان الأضرار الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام، الإهمال، الحوادث، أو التعديلات غير المصرح بها.
 خدمات الضمان
في حالة وجود عيب مشمول بالضمان، نقوم بإصلاح المنتج أو استبداله دون تكلفة إضافية.
يتم التنسيق مع شركة Efreshli لتقديم خدمات الإصلاح أو الاستبدال في موقع العميل.
 الاستثناءات
الضمان لا يشمل التآكل الطبيعي الناتج عن الاستخدام اليومي.
لا يغطي الضمان الأضرار الناتجة عن النقل أو التركيب إذا لم يتم بواسطة شركتنا أو شركائنا المعتمدين.
 كيفية المطالبة بالضمان
يجب على العميل التواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف وتقديم تفاصيل المشكلة وصور توضيحية إن أمكن.
سيتم مراجعة الطلب وتحديد الحل المناسب وفقًا لشروط الضمان
